Returnable Items
Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:
1. Defective items that arrive damaged/broken or soiled.
2. Items received are of the wrong model/version.
3. Items that have not been used within 30 days of receipt and do not meet your expectations.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
1. Items that are beyond the 30-day confirmation period.
2. Items that are damaged due to human mishandling during use.

We aim to provide a service that benefits all of our loyal customers. All our other global customers can return to our warehouse. Before returning your item, please always contact us by submitting a ticket to obtain a R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the relevant address.
1. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping costs. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method.
